A study finds that eating overly ‘free sugar’ has 45 negative health impact

 

A new study finds that there are minimum 45 well reasons to cut back on added sugar. There are so many research has shown the bad effects of extra sugar intake on health. The sugar must be less than 10% total caloric a person’s daily taken. China and the United States says that before developing the sugar restriction, evidence must be evaluated, according to the study published in the journal The BMJ.
